Black Bean Dip

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 can black beans, drained
  • 1 250 gram pkg. Cream cheese
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. lime juice
  • 4 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1 tsp. hot pepper flakes or hot pepper juice
INSTRUCTIONS

  • In food processor mix all ingredients until smooth. Transfer to serving bowl. Cover and let stand in refrigerator at least 2 hours. Garnish with green onions (Outer ring), chopped tomato (next ring); cheddar cheese (inner ring) dollop of sour cream in middle.
