Black Bean Dip

INGREDIENTS

1 can black beans, drained
1 250 gram pkg. Cream cheese
¼ cup sour cream
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tsp. lime juice
4 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. hot pepper flakes or hot pepper juice

INSTRUCTIONS

In food processor mix all ingredients until smooth. Transfer to serving bowl.

Cover and let stand in refrigerator at least 2 hours.

Garnish with green onions (Outer ring), chopped tomato (next ring); cheddar cheese (inner ring) dollop of sour cream in middle.
