Hot Feta Artichoke Dip

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 - 14oz. can artichoke hearts, drained, chopped coarsely
  • 8 oz. feta cheese crumbles
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 - 2oz. jar diced pimentos, drained
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
INSTRUCTIONS

  • Mix all ingredients, spoon into a 9 inch pie plate or shallow baking dish. Bake at 350 for 20 - 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve with crackers or pita triangles. Makes 2 cups.
