Hot Feta Artichoke Dip

INGREDIENTS

1 - 14oz. can artichoke hearts, drained, chopped coarsely
8 oz. feta cheese crumbles
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 - 2oz. jar diced pimentos, drained
1 garlic clove, minced
___________________________________________________________

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix all ingredients, spoon into a 9 inch pie plate or shallow baking dish.

Bake at 350 for 20 - 25 minutes or until lightly browned.

Serve with crackers or pita triangles. Makes 2 cups.
