Spinach Dip

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 Bunch of fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix
  • 1 10oz. can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 1 large round sour dough or pumpernickel bread loaf
INSTRUCTIONS

  • In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except bread. Stir well. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Carefully scoop out large hollow through top of bread loaf, fill with dip mixture. Cut bread from center into cubes and serve with dip.
